ABOUT THIS ROLE We are looking for a talented and committed Sourcing Recruiter for our EU Recruiting team based at our Berlin location to play a critical role in supporting Audible's growth and additional hiring requirements and will participate in special projects/recruiting initiatives. We have a collaborative team environment and a strong customer obsessed culture that ensures delivery of efficient, effective, quality driven service to internal customers and candidates. ABOUT YOU You are able to successfully manage, prioritize and close searches against a timeline and have experience setting benchmarks, metrics, and understand how to prioritize to hit all customer SLAs. You thrive in an innovative, fast-paced environments, work hard, have fun, and get the job done. This position is a 12 month fixed-term contract. As a Sourcing Recruiter, you will... - Partner with hiring teams to build effective sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches with an ability to manage customer/partner expectations - Proactively identify and engage with a diverse pool of potential candidates, including both active and passive job seekers. Focus on understanding their skills, experiences, and motivations to assess fit, rather than simply trying to 'sell' them on a specific role - Build and maintain network of potential candidates through pro-active market research and on-going relationship management; conduct in-depth interviews of potential candidates, demonstrating ability to anticipate hiring manager preferences through high offer-to-interview ratios - Utilize research and social media recruiting skills to market roles, attract talent and build online communities - Screen, interview and prepare a candidate slate within an appropriate and consistent timeline ABOUT AUDIBLE Audible is the leading producer and provider of audio storytelling. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS- Experience in strategic research to do talent mapping for projected future workforce plans and skill gaps - Experience with online sourcing techniques - Experience recruiting for mid-senior level talent PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS- Ability to execute recruiting strategy, candidate management, diversity sourcing, and interview process management - Possess strong analytic skills with ability to create, measure, and scale the right workflow between candidates, hiring managers, and the recruiting team - Experience recruiting into an entertainment/e-commerce environment - Mix of agency and corporate recruiting experience Amazon is an equal opportunities employer.
