ABOUT THIS ROLE The Global Marketing Operations team is looking for a Specialist, Promotion Operations to execute promotions in support of customer acquisition and member retention programs. You will have the opportunity to work with global marketers to shape innovative customer-focused programs designed to deepen member relationships and enhance our acquisition efforts. This position is for an 18-month fixed-term contract. ABOUT YOU You are a creative problem solver who can partner closely with business owners to support their marketing strategies, and help translate their ideas into actionable plans. As a Specialist, Promotion Operations, you will... - Manage end-to-end workflow for promotion production requests; oversee marketer requests, determine prioritization, and maintain compliance with SLAs - Provide tactical guidance on promotions to business stakeholders and serve as an internal subject matter expert on tools used to build and deploy offers - Partner with QA teams in Marketing Ops and Technology to ensure that promotions are properly configured and that the supporting customer experience (marketing landing pages and redemption flow) function as intended; ensure that customer eligibility for promotions is properly gated to prevent customer escalations and fraud - Work with Customer Care, Marketing, and Technology to address promotions-related escalations and ensure support requests and customer mitigation are addressed in a timely manner ABOUT AUDIBLE Audible is the leading producer and provider of audio storytelling. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS- Experience in marketing or related technical roles - Experience working directly with business stakeholders and technology teams on requirements gathering - Experience working in Jira or similar project/workflow management software - Experience in customer segmentation and experience in creating target segments - Fluent in English, both written and spoken - Bachelor’s degree PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS- Technically capable with excellent verbal and written communication skills - E-commerce experience (including prior experience with membership- or subscription-based businesses in a B2B or B2C industry - German and/or French and/or Italian and/or Spanish language skills Amazon is an equal opportunities employer.
